Payment Method

The information you provide on the payment area is passed to your financial institution for verification, once this happens the payment will either be approved of declined. Once a payment has been approved it will then go through secondary check with staff at Buy Nutritionals Direct reviewing information such as email, delivery and invoice address and contact telephone numbers. If at any point during this process staff find any discrepancies they will contact you to discuss the issues.

The money is then deducted from your account by a secondary partner agency Elavon. Elavon will only deduct or refund any amounts as authorized by the customer or Buy Nutritionals Direct. If Buy Nutritionals Direct authorize a refund for any other reason than customer dissatisfaction we can charge up to 3% for website orders and up to 5% for telephone orders administration fee. Along with this S$10.00 will be deducted from the order to pay for returning products which have not been delivered. If a refund is processed for any other reason than customer dissatisfaction then original shipping charges will be deducted as well.

• Once your data is on Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract.   Sage Pay is controlled by Iris Scanners, which are the latest and most precise biometric security devices available for identification.
