Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, Buy Nutritionals Direct LTD must provide information in regards to “your right” as a customer to cancel an order.
You have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund on all products as long as they are unopened and still in the same condition as received, so that they can be resold. It is the responsibility of the Customer to return the products using a suitable delivery option, which is at least tracked and preferably insured.
Once the customer has returned the items, and they have been received at the Buy Nutritionals Direct offices, a full refund shall be issued. The customer has the right to cancel at any point within 14 days after the products are received.
If the customer chooses not to cancel within the 14 days after receipt of goods, then the customer may still be entitled to the USANA 30 Day money back guarantee. Please note if any of the products are open then you will need to follow the procedures set out in USANA’s 30 Day money back guarantee, as additional information will be required.
Should you not notify Buy Nutritionals Direct LTD within 14 days of receipt of goods that you wish to cancel by email and also by telephone then you right to cancel will be lost.
